Return Policy

Returns

We hope you love your Papagayo purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original, resalable condition. Books with bent or torn pages, writing, stains, creases, or other signs of use may not be accepted.

Before sending anything back, please email info@hellopapagayo.com with your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your book is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at info@hellopapagayo.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Preorder Cancellations

Preorders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before the order has shipped. To cancel, email info@hellopapagayo.com with your name and order number.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to the standard return policy above.

Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page and are subject to reasonable production or fulfillment delays. If we cannot ship your preorder within the stated timeframe, we will contact you and give you the option to accept the revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

Address Changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address needs to be changed. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

Nonreturnable Items

Personalized, signed, or otherwise customized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
